Just take 1 cup of this Alfalfa Meal and soak it in 5 gallons of water. Rose and Orchid farmers often use alfalfa tea as a foliar fertilizer – it’s easy to apply and can help create larger, healthier blossoms.
Organic alfalfa meal contains sugars, starches, proteins, fiber and 16 amino acids. This fertilizer has an NPK ratio of 3-1-2 (3% Nitrogen, 1% Phosphate, 2% Potash). It also contains calcium and other trace elements.
Sprinkle lightly over your lawn or garden and then water it in. You can also apply a handful around each rose bush, tree, or shrub. Use 25 pounds per 1,000 square feet or 400-800 pounds per acre.
